The Backcountry Santa Pilots typically complete one mission per year during the month of December. Other missions are flown on an as-needed basis. Our next mission will be on Thursday, December 11, 2025 with backup dates of Monday, December 15 and Wednesday, December 17.

Additional information will be provided to participating pilots who sign up using the form below; communications are all sent via email.

Available carrying capacity in pounds. This is the amount of cargo that you can carry AFTER considering pilot/passenger weights, fuel, etc. Please note that load assignments are often adjusted by the mission organizers due to mission needs and the fact that general aviation aircraft are often limited more by space/volume more than weight alone.*

B. Paved Runways in Good Condition (0V7 Kayenta & UT25 Monument Valley)
